Shipping Terms



  • - We ship from the EUROPEN UNION, so no customs process for EU buyers.
  • - We ship EVERYWHERE with a very rare exception (eg. war zones).
  • - All orders are  usually shipped out within 2 business days, but It could go up to 5  business days. Please be patient!

  • - All item is shipped via trackable registered priority mail as a default option and it will be delivered to you by your country’s national postal service. Usually delivery time is 7-15 business days.

  • - EMS is also available for faster delivery (5-10 business days)

  • - Expect significantly longer delivery time in December and early January as postal services are overwhelmed by the Christmas traffic.
  • - Most orders are shipped in padded envelope or carton without any reference to its content. If customs declaration needed, then general terms like „steel toy” or „leather wear” would be written on the customs declaration.

  • - You can ask for your tracking number, but it is not always sent to you automatically.

  • - The default option usually takes 8-20 business days to arrive to anywhere around the globe. If it does not arrive within 30 days, all your money would be refunded or replacement would be sent according your choice.

  • - Suggested tracking site:
    The tracking site of your national postal service should give a more detailed tracking information once it arrived to your country.


Notice for US costumers:

„Based on the decision of the United States Postal Service (USPS), starting from 1 October 2015 tracking information relating to registered letters sent to the USA is not posted on their website. Hungarian Postal service does not receive tracking data, therefore such data is not published in our tracking system operated on the website, and our Customer Service Office cannot provide any further information either.”

This means that the cheaper shipping option is partially trackable. In spite of this the delivery rate for USA is above 99.5%.

  • - The shipping charge is not refundable when an order is returned due to incorrect address and in this case the shipping fee is required to be paid again to reship the order to a corrected address. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.

  • - To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk. Once an item leaves our warehouse, we consider it to be used and non-resalable. Only defective product are accepted for return.

  • - All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete and in like new condition, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials (if it has any), have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

  • - We strongly recommend you to fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

  • - Every tax and duty or toll is the responsibility of the Buyer to pay. Our prices do not include any taxes.
